 When can I expect to receive my order? 

Due to the personalized nature of our products, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping. We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority, and tracking is available for all orders. Keep an eye on your inbox for tracking information once your order is on its way!

I read your guidelines for taking pictures, but I am still unsure which one to submit. Can I get some assistance?

No problem! We understand that selecting the perfect photo can be a tough decision. Our customer support team is here to assist you. Feel free to reach out to them with your photo options, and they'll provide expert guidance to help you choose the best one for your pet's engraving. 

Can I make changes to my order once placed? 

Yes, you can make changes to your order within 24 hours after placing it. Our production process begins quickly, so please contact us during this window to request any modifications.

Beyond 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated due to the personalized nature of our products, but we'll do our best to assist you during this timeframe.

 

 

Is it possible to engrave designs on the pendant's front and back? 

We currently offer single-sided engravings with one pet per pendant. If you'd like to feature multiple pets, you can order up to three additional pendants for your necklace.

Can I get an additional chain for each pendant? 

No, we do not provide extra chains with the purchase of additional pendants. The additional pendants will  be attached to one chain, creating a personalized and multi-pendant necklace.

 

What materials are your products made of?

Each one of our rings are made from High Quality Sterling Silver. We only use the finest material for our rings to make sure that you receive only the highest quality product.

How do you engrave my dogs name into the ring?

We use a laser engraving machine to deep engrave your doggos name into the bone of the PupRing. When the engraving is finished, the area around name is darkened and needs to be buffed by hand. Once the ring is buffed, we ink fill your pups name and buff it one last time to make sure the name is clearly visible. 

Why do we only allow 8 letters?

We want to make sure your message is perfect and if we try to squeeze any more letters in, it will hard to read & squished together. In order to make sure you get an awesome engraving, we need to limit the number of characters to make sure that we do not compromise the quality.

Can you create engravings for various pets apart from cats and dogs? 

Absolutely! We offer engravings for a wide range of pets beyond cats and dogs. 

How do I choose the right size?

Our rings use standard sizing, so if you know your ring size you can be confident you’ll get the perfect fit! We also have a sizing chart for your convenience, and if you are still concerned about getting the correct size, most jewelry stores or jewelry counters in convenience stores will size you for free.

A PupRing isn't just a ring to us, it is a collection of the shared memories between you and your beloved pet. We want to show you that love & respect by giving a 60-day warranty on all purchases. This 60 day warranty covers any product defects that might have slipped our careful quality checks! (Ex: Diamonds that are missing, bent metal, etc).

Our LIFETIME Warranty

The PupRing extended warranty is an exclusive addition to our services which includes the following benefits:

• Resizing any PupRing product if wrong size was ordered
• Refilling ink-fill on any product
• Replacement due to external damage
• aka if you smash it, hit it with a bolder, throw it in lava, or simply something really really bad happens, we will replace it :)

*each of these have a limit of one use.

We offer free shipping on all orders above $50! Your brand new PupRing will arrive within 7-10 days of purchase. 

Each PupRing is hand engraved one at a time till perfection. We have a five business day processing period to make sure your ring comes out perfectly. Once your PupRing is engraved, we package your ring(s) and drop them off at USPS. USPS estimates that domestic orders will arrive within 2-4 days. For international orders, it may take up to 15 days for your PupRing to arrive. All of our rings are engraved, packaged, and shipped from our warehouse in the USA. 

If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, email us at support@pupring.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund.
