Introducing PupRing 2.0!


We’ve been making a lot of big changes in the last few months to improve our business and our customers’ experiences, and we wanted to tell you all about it!


US Engravers and Shipping Update


The largest changes we’ve made involve our processing and shipping times. When we started out, our manufacturing and engraving happened overseas, and the rings were then shipped directly to our customers. Almost immediately the COVID-19 pandemic swept the nation and affected the way that businesses all across the globe functioned.


We knew that not only was it important that we improve our shipping times for our customers, but that it was incredibly important to us as a company to move manufacturing operations here in the United States in order to create new US jobs. It would also greatly improve the quality of our products and minimize the effect of the pandemic on our shipping times.


We have teamed up with a local engraver to hold blank stock and engrave our rings as orders are received- this would eliminate the wait times for both the creation of the rings, as well as allow us to get rid of the time it takes to ship products overseas. Our goal was to reduce the wait times of our customers to 7-15 business days, and we are now proud to say we have achieved this goal!


Engraving and Design Update


We had many customers express that they wanted our engravings to be easier to read. We worked with our new engraver to make this change happen, and after some experimentation and design changes, we were able to successfully make the improvements our customers asked for- clearer, deeper engravings. We have also made the rings slightly bigger to fit larger letters to make our engravings better than ever.


New and Improved Packaging and Unboxing Experience


In order to send our backlog of orders out to our customers as quickly as possible, for a time we had to mail our rings in envelopes to rush them out. We did this to get our rings to the hands of our customers as quickly as possible. Now, after many changes and seeking out a new and improved supplier, we are now excited to offer beautiful custom packaging on our rings for an unforgettable unboxing experience!


The Future of PupRing


We are so happy to continue to grow as a business alongside our customers by continuing to not only improve our current products, but to also launch new ones by popular request. We always look forward to receiving feedback and new suggestions from our customers.


This is why we are excited to announce the launch of our Gold PupRing! It has been requested by so many of you, and has been in the works for a while. We'll be sending out a newsletter announcement when it's ready!


We have also had a ton of excited pet parents asking for cat rings, so we are in the process of designing one. If you have any feedback or suggestions for this, or any other new products, you can contact us here and let us know. We love hearing from you!


Finally, we wanted to thank all our customers for the patience they have had and the support they have given us during this difficult time. We are proud to have persevered to make the changes necessary to adapt our business to the challenges this year has brought.
