Our artisans will meticulously engrave your personalized design onto your necklace. We'll then polish, pack, and ship it to you in a ready-to-gift necklace box

FAQ

What makes a good photo?

1. Make sure to take the photo in a well-lit area without a filter and in natural lighting!

2. Try to make sure both eyes & ears are clearly visible in the picture. This will allow us to highlight more intricate details of your pet.

3. Avoid filters or blurry photos. The clearer the photo, the clearer the engraving will be!

If you have any questions, reach out to us and we can help you decide on a photo! Rest assured that we will not start working on your necklace until we are confident you will adore your necklace!

What animals can you engrave on your necklace?

We are able to engrave all types of animals. As long as the photo is detailed, we can work with you to create the perfect necklace! 

Can i make changes to my order once it's been placed?

Yes! Once you place an order, we can make adjustments within 48 hours! If 2 days has passed, still reach out to us, there may be a way we can help!

Where do you ship to?

We ship primarily within the US but have recently started accepting international orders too! We currently have a few different facilities that allow us to deliver anywhere in the world! 

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not currently offer artwork previews or proofs. But don't worry! If there are any issues with your image, we'll reach out to you for a new one!
