How fast will it ship?

We have a seven business day processing period to make sure your necklace comes out perfectly. Once your personalized necklace is engraved, we package your ring(s) and drop them off at USPS. USPS estimates that domestic orders will arrive within 4-7 days. For international orders, it may take 10-15 days for your PupRing to arrive.

How is each necklace engraved?

Once you place your order, we take the artwork of your pet and have one of our artists create a model of your pet's face and defining features.

Once a vector of your pet is created, we review it to make sure there are enough unique details to allow for a clear engraving.

If the image is clear, we electroplate your pendant, engrave the surface, darken the engraving with enamel, and electroplate the pendant once again to seal the engraving to last a lifetime.

Lastly, we finalize with a polish to make your pendant nice and shiny, package your necklace in our signature blue necklace boxes, and ship it out to you!

Can I get a refund if I don't like my PupRing

Absolutely! Although the PupRing is a completely custom ring made only for your fur baby; we also want you to be happy with your purchase. So if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will issue you a full refund within the first 60 days!

I ordered a two pack of the silver, pet face necklaces & I used a photo the first time around that had my dog covered with a blanket. As a result the pendant ended up being an odd portrait of her with no neck at all. I got ahold of the team & expressed this disappointment & they were very quick to fix it once I submitted a new photo to them. I will definitely order from here again!
